Hi Dave.
I like the way the former Beatle is transformed in to a racer.
Question to you is the postion of the rollbars. Is this origoinal, perhaps from a plan. 
I'm about to make them for my DS racer, progress I will update later tonight.
I'm interested in how it's mounted to the bodywork.
Great to see such a nice build car.

Thaks for the comment on my Bug.
The rollbars are just a set that I had in the spares box, so I fitted them where I though they looked best!
None of this represents one particular car - I just Googled 'Baja Bug' and took bits from a few differnet cars.

Seen a short film on the net with Renault Alpine and Citroën DS racing. Got a view of the rolbars in those cars.
