Just bought myself one of these:
http://www.modelsforsale.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=83882%20Revell%20-%20%20Bussing%208000%20S13%20Scale:%201/24%20Date:%20New

Looking for any other info I can find, all Google comes up with are reviews of the kit. 1950s trucks look so much more interesting than todays! (and at £16.00 instead of £49.99 it was a steal! - even SWMBO didn't object).

Works ok for me, but here's a pic anyway. I'm buying it from http://www.modelsforsale.com/ - always get good service from them.

Cool truck Dave.
You're right. The old trucks look so much better than the new ones.
Will be looking forward to see it build.

Thanks Richard, just what I needed.

I think that like the earlier 4500 there was a military use as well, but I will probably use the civilian pics, make a change from green or grey!
