BlackLight Design is a new aftermarket company has been launched and is aimed at accessories for car models.
BlackLight Design site launching
Hello, everyone!
We gladly announce the launching of the company’s site BlackLight Design.
The main idea behind the business it is to fill the gap in scale modeling accessories in 1/24th scale. There are a few companies like Fujimi, MasterBox, Italeri and Tamiya that are producing scale model accessories but so far in between and so much mono-subjected that we bite the bullet and try to fill the gap.

Our objective is simple: offer the tools for customization at price and time saving rates. Scratch-building is superb in its own right, but very often the modeler has no time for it and a model left alone it becomes pretty much a loner. We are coming to answer the modeler’s quest for that “special touch” that sets the model apart.

Who is who
The “masterminds” behind are two experienced modelers: Gabriel Szeitz and Theo Lazar. Gabriel is the man in the front of the store, Theo is the Alchemist behind.

Where?
The production shop is located in Canada, Quebec and the shipping is available worldwide. Just ask!

What?
Pretty much everything that can be designed 3D we can produce, and a little more. Although we are a 3D printing company, we offer solutions for decals, ready-painted accessories and more. Don’t be shy and ask, please!

Thanks for getting the news item up Andy! I've ordered several items which are already on their way Down Under, and will review them OOB as well as using them in my '36 Ford project. I am really looking forward to having a close look at these, the range certainly fills a gap in the line of accessory items needed for auto displays and dioramas. Cheers, D

They seem to have some pretty cool stuff. I hope they expand their 1/24 scale figure lineup.

Thanks, James! Right now we are testing the second figure - a "generic" NASCAR pilot. It will be presented soon. Gabriel
