That looks really nice, Bob. Great decal work.

What hapened to the top half of your fan?

Jim

...and the valve covers/intake/turbo....had to loose something to gain clearance for the untunneled interior tub. Good thing this isn't a tiltable cab!

Not to worry, she'll just be plodding around town, running a bit hotter and dropping some oil !!

Looked thru your w.i.p pics and you've done a fantastic job on this OK went back and looked at the latest pic. of the cab and again it looks great and the colors look good ta me..but that grille assembly. really sets it off, the allclad with the washes came out perfect ..I've used a similiar tech. for chrome hd/lites but yours look a bit better I'll try your way next...although I sometimes prefer to drill and use MV lenses..but on my budget I LIKE your way!.look forward to seeing her done.

Thank you sir...the MV lenses are faceted as I recall{is that correct?} ..I drill mine out usually and add the google eyes cover - this could've just been a cover over it but I wanted to try the white glue idea again...I like it. What you see is 4-5 coats and some day I want to try just a teany tiny bit of yellow food coloring to give that old yellowy sealed beam light look.

Yea I think they are, and on this build your way probably looks better...I like the drop of yellow idea maybe I'll try some Tamyia clear yellow...something to xperiment with

I wouldn't even do a whole drop, take alittle more than needed and I'd use a toothpick, "touch" the tamiya clear yellow{I like that idea} with the toothpick and then mix...just a hint is all one would probably want. My two cents-
