Some men aren't looking for anything logical, like money. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned, or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world burn.

Hello everyone.. I signed up for the build, I think it will be fun..
I have a Texas Highway Patrol Dodge Charger and 2 Ford Crown Vic, one for Georgia and one for Tennessee. all are Lindberg kits but seem to be fairly good models.
I am leaning towards doing the one for the Georgia State Highway Patrol, as I really like the Blue and White colors on it.

Sheriff Rosco's police car was a 1978 Dodge Monaco as far as I know.

Hello everyone..
I've done some ribbon's in the past so I grabbed some images and did this one up...
A blue border for the thin blue line and an image of the classic red and blue Police Bar roof lights.
by the way just throwing this one out there.. won't bother me if something better comes along.. LOL

Richard,
Where do you want us to put our WIP pictures? Should we post them here, or a separate WIP thread?

Hi Jim
I think we should all post here rather than have postings lost in blogs all over the place.

Some nice choices, guys. I've been considering purchasing both of these kits, so I will be following with interest.
Here is my entry for the Group Build:

Ok, so it doesn't exactly look like a police car right now, but hopefully by the end of the Group Build it will!

Well, I managed to get a little work done on Sheriff:

Here's a closer shot of the Mercury V-8:

Now I just need to track down some Sea Foam Green for the engine color.

Can I use Revell's 4093 1/24 Tom Daniel's Plymouth Duster Cop-Out Funny Car as my entry or does it need to be from a real police force.
