Hi guys.
I have come up with an idea for a new campaign - Feisty Ferrari's. Ferrari has become a household name for all those who like cars or even those who don't. Basically the idea is to build any Ferrari finished in a red colour.
Dates would be Jan 2010 until July 2010
What do you guys think?
Cheers

Hi Loobes,

Sounds like a great idea. Now I know a Ferrari must be red, but do we want to enforce this for the groupbuild? As models, they also look great in yellow for example. Love the fact that you've suggested it only running next year

BTW, there has been a small change in respect to campaign guidelines, read about it here

Lewis , Red Ferrari's and high heels go very well together . I might be in depending on what projects are still on and off the work bench .

Love the idea , but I would have to agree on the colours . Why limited it to only one single colour ? Not only yellow but black looks damn good on a 308 GTP .

Ok then i agree that we should broaden the colours, so any colour that a Ferrari would come in - Blue, Red, Yellow, Black and Silver (Tell me if i have missed any). Colours of older 'Classic' Ferraris would also be allowed.

I'll toss my hat in too on the "only red?" aspect, I've got the revell 612 coupe and this looks like a good reason to build her.....but, Ummmmm, no heels for me!{I'm 6'4"..I'm tall enough}

I would do this one provided that by "any Ferrari" it includes their Formula 1 cars? I have a few F1 Ferrari kits, but no road cars...

Check out the Ferrari website. They have about 30 or so colors on there that you can paint your F430 in....and if you don't like those colors.....for the right amount of coin, they will custom mix a color for you. Same with the interior.

You can have any color exterior with any color interior.

I just finished a Ferrari F430, and wanted to get the interior color right with the exterior color. Most cars only offer 1, maybe 2 colors of interior, depending on the exterior color. Not so with Ferrari.

If they don't have a color you like...they will make what you want for the right amount of money. You want a Barney Purple exterior with a Barbie Pink Interior.....not a problem!

I would probably be interested in this build as well...got enough of these on the shelf....hardest part will be to pick one!

Count me in. I haven't got anything (yet), but if we're starting later this year (or early next) I'll pick something up - maybe one of those 1960's classics
