Hey Gang,
I had some sort of computer issues since the last post, I think I fixed it. Anyways, Here's the rear sleeper artwork I'd like to put on the truck.
WARNING: Contains a middle finger and 5 half-nude women. ENJOY.

A mobile workshop...cool! Nice job on the frame stretch. I'd box that section in, if not the rest of it too, for added strength depending on how big/heavy the sleeper will be.
Looking forward to more!....

Thx Bob,
That's the plan, box that baby. I didn't bring the stuff with me to do that however, like a knucklehead I left it at the house.
I'm going to chop the sleeper up shortly, still planning that out, then tackle the doors again. (That's what the blue tapes for.)
The driveline was a bit of a PITA. Had to adjust the length (shorten it) to fit. Measure twice, cut once
.
Anyways, In the mean time I'm going to slap some paint on the motor and other parts. Looking into a Vinyl Top kit, Black, to maybe top the sleeper and cab with. Not sure yet.

Drive safe Brian!
With my hand being non-functional, if you need some tools, etc....let me know. Something tells me I won't be able to build for another 2 to 3 weeks at best.
Stoopid is...stoopid does.

.UPDATE: I've done alittle more work to it, cut out the bunk and adding bracing for the sleeper stretch plus floor. Hope to have some photo's soon.
Also removed the old frame bracing and adding some new ones. I've got the wrong size stock to box the frame out. That might have to wait for now.

Yet more work done last night. I pulled the front frenders in up against the hood an gave it a "Hot Rod" look I think. "The evil that men do...."

Lay out of the new sleeper to follow soon. Lowering the front end to follow also.
Stay tuned.

Verticle headlights...now that's different. I can't tell from the angle of the shot, are they on brackets or are they going to be molded in?

Hi Bob,
Headlights are on the brackets, removed them from the brackets and remounted them at about a 30 deg. angle off the fender. Here's some better pix.
Hope these help.
